The Economic Agreement represents one of the greatest particularities of Basque self-government and its institutional structure. However, demographic studies carried out to date have confirmed a general lack of knowledge in this regard among Basque citizens. The objective of this article is to evaluate the performance of the Basque pre-university educational system in teaching the Economic Concert and to empirically verify the degree of knowledge achieved by the students and the opinion they have about it.
