Administration and implementation of the tax on real rights and transfer of assets

From July 1, 1894, the tax on Real Rights and transfer of assets for those verified as a result of death will be settled and collected in Vizcaya, starting from said date. The other acts and contracts taxed with said tax according to this Regulation, will accrue the corresponding tax from December 13 of said year. 2. Its levy and administration will be verified in accordance with the general prescriptions contained in this Regulation and the resolutions issued by the Most Excellent Provincial Council for the interpretation, explanation and clarification thereof.
