Provincial Council of Álava

The Provincial Commission of Álava, fulfilling the task conferred upon it by the Most Excellent Provincial Council of the same in the session of November 8, 1879, in the file instructed on the enforcement procedure to be followed against the Municipalities in debt to the provincial funds; agreed on December 15, 1880 to submit to the resolution of the Provincial Council the bases drafted for the indicated purpose, whose operative part is as follows.
