This contribution will be required by means of distribution in all the towns of the province of the liquid product of real estate, crops and livestock. This territorial contribution is declared a fixed quota for the Excma Diputación. Consequently, the amounts that result in failure will be covered with the supplementary fund referred to in art. 113 of this Regulation.
