Automobile circulation license tax in the Province of Álava
Provincial Council of Álava
It is established by the Excma. Provincial Council of Álava a single tax with the name of circulation license for all mechanical traction vehicles, both luxury or tourism and those intended for own or industrial uses, whose owners are neighbors or domiciled in the province of Álava, that circulate through the existing public roads in this province, even if only within the capital or towns thereof.
