Imposition and collection of municipal taxes

Provincial Council of Bizkaia

City Councils may not demand other taxes than those currently established and authorized by the Excma. Provincial Council, or that are hereafter established and authorized in the manner provided by this Regulation; but they will be allowed to reduce the existing ones or eliminate them altogether.
