The prohibition also applies to the spouse who is not legally separated, to the ascendants and descendants who live in the same domicile as those included in any of the first three preceding paragraphs. Art. 2 Beverage establishments may not be opened without meeting the hygiene conditions required by the legal provisions of the sector, and especially the regulations issued by the General Directorate of Health, of December 21, 1927. The favorable certificate will be to be issued in each City Council by the Municipal Health Inspector.
