Regulations for the levy and administration of the Circulation License Tax

All animal-drawn vehicles and horses that travel on existing public roads in the province of Alava are subject to the tax, even if only within the capital or its towns. In the same way, tractors dedicated exclusively to agricultural work, and bicycles, are also subject to the same. The owner or owners of the said vehicles and horses will be obliged to pay the tax in the manner established in this Regulation.
