This investigation into the legal vacuum caused by the Ruling by the Spanish Supreme Court, on 9 December 2004, that the new provincial regulations in respect of companies intended to answer. And, given the Decision handed down in the so-called “Azores judgement”, specifically analyses the Ruling handed down by the European Court of Justice, on 11 September 2008, and the application of the doctrine contained in that ruling, made by the High Court of Justice of the Basque Country.
