This book constitutes a contribution to the knowledge of the institutional regime of the Foral Community of Navarra. Its title expresses its scope as a study of the peculiar economic-financial regime originating in the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Navarra, which remained a historical competence after its adaptation to the liberal regime until reaching the current constitutional one.
