The Directorate-General for Taxation and Customs Union of the European Comission will organize an «EU Tax Symposium» the 3rd of july, at 14:00 hours (CEST).

It will be a three-hour online event and the live streaming will be also available.

Desciption of the event

Are our tax systems up to scratch, in the face of short- and long-term challenges? Wondering how tax systems in the EU are faring? Interested in tax policy actions that can support economic recovery in a fair way and ensure fiscal resilience in the future? Can we improve the way we estimate tax compliance and therefore improve tax collection? Join them on 3 July at 14:00 for a three-hour online event with some of the brightest minds in taxation, discussing whether our tax systems are up to scratch, in the face of short- and long-term challenges. It will also be a chance to hear details on the latest Annual Report on Taxation.
